My name is Fabian Kersten

I’m originally from Berlin and have been living in Amsterdam for over 20 years.
 

That combination shows up in how I work. Direct, but open. Structured, but practical. I like clear thinking and honest conversations. I don’t like noise, politics, or pretending.
 

I’ve spent the last 20 years helping B2B companies make sense of digital transformation, Customer Experience (CX), CRM, and AI. Not as buzzwords. As systems that people need to run a real business.

I’ve worked across B2B SaaS, scientific publishing, industrial manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, automotive, and medical care. Different industries. Same patterns.

Too many tools. Not enough clarity.
Too much data. Not enough insight.

 

I’m highly data-driven, but not data-obsessed. Numbers matter. Context matters more. Dashboards without decisions are just decoration.
 

What I do best is simplify complexity. I help leadership teams see what really matters, what can wait, and what quietly causes damage if left alone.
 

I’m not interested in hype.
I’m interested in traction.
